Panzer VIII Maus – 2930 Piece Set
The heaviest tank ever built. Now buildable.
The Panzer VIII Maus was Germany's super-heavy tank prototype — at 188 metric tons, it remains the heaviest tank ever produced. Designed by Ferdinand Porsche and armed with a 128mm gun (the largest anti-tank weapon fitted to any production vehicle), the Maus represented the extreme end of WWII German tank development. Only two hulls were completed before the war ended, and a composite example survives at the Kubinka Tank Museum in Russia.
This 2930-piece build fully justifies the Maus's legendary scale — from the massive turret mounting twin guns to the enormous flat hull and wide track assembly. A demanding and rewarding build that captures a vehicle that seems almost impossible to have existed.
