When will I receive my order?
All orders go through two stages: processing and shipping.
Processing Time:
Orders typically require 2–7 business days to be fulfilled.
Shipping Time (after fulfillment):

United States: 7–28 days

United Kingdom: 7–28 days

Canada: 7–28 days

Europe: 7–28 days

Other International Destinations or Delays: 12–35 days (varies by region)
Shipping times may extend slightly during peak seasons or due to customs and carrier delays.
🎄 Holiday Season Notice
Due to extremely high seasonal demand and global carrier congestion:
Orders placed after December 6th may arrive after Christmas.
We work hard to ship orders quickly, but once a package is transferred to the carrier network, delivery speed can be impacted by factors outside our control.
🏭 Partner Facility Processing
Once your order leaves fulfillment, it first arrives at our carrier partner facility, where it is scanned, sorted, and assigned international transit routing.
During busy periods, there can be a 1–7 day delay before the first tracking update appears. This is normal and does NOT mean your package isn’t moving.
⏳ Pre-Shipping Tracking Delay
Many customers notice that tracking shows “Label Created” or “In Transit – No Movement” for several days.
This is because:

The package is en route to the partner facility

The carrier has not yet scanned it into their system

High-volume periods cause scan delays
Your tracking will update once the carrier processes it through the next facility. This is a common holiday-season behavior.
🚚 Where do orders ship from?
We use a distributed fulfillment network with multiple facilities worldwide.
Your order ships from the location that has your items in stock and can reach you the fastest.
💵 Customs & Import Fees
International orders may incur VAT, duties, or customs fees depending on your country’s laws.
These charges:

Are not included in our product prices

Are assessed by your local customs office

Before contacting us, please try these steps:

Check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy

Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package

Check with neighbors in case the courier left it next door
If none of these resolve the issue, email us at support@303bricks.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you right away.
Incorrect Address Note:
If the address entered was incorrect, we can reship once the package returns to us.
Shipping costs will apply for re-delivery.
📬 Tracking Your Package
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Please note:
